3. Fax It In

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 251-8798. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.

MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $300 for a 1 BDRM, $400 for a 2 BDRM, and $500 for a 3 BDRM.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $350 (1 pet per household).  Ask about our Corporate Rates.  2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 5 - 13 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums * Additional monthly premiums may apply. 3.
